Email support@joiningclouds.com and include the email of your La Receta account, your device (iPhone, iPad or Android) and what happened. We usually reply within two business days.
Common questions
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the code sent to your email.
I didn't get the verification code. Check your spam folder, then tap Resend code.
How do I share a recipe? Open the recipe and tap Share: invite another La Receta user by email, or send it through your phone's apps.
How do I delete my account? In the app: My Account → Delete account. Without the app: see account deletion.

Preguntas frecuentes
Olvidé mi contraseña. En la pantalla de inicio de sesión toca ¿Olvidaste tu contraseña? y usa el código que llega a tu correo.
No me llegó el código de verificación. Revisa la carpeta de spam y toca Reenviar código.
¿Cómo comparto una receta? Abre la receta y toca Compartir: invita a otro usuario de La Receta por correo o envíala con las apps de tu teléfono.
¿Cómo elimino mi cuenta? En la app: Mi cuenta → Eliminar cuenta. Sin la app: consulta eliminación de cuenta.
